More than 150 years after its founding, the firm Paolo Atti & Figli opened a new chapter in the history of Bologna.

The company is a major part of this city's history, evident in the family album with dear photographs from the good old days. These evoke a deeper meaning and significance to the present. The images showcase Paolo Atti, the founder who transformed from a humble baker to a successful manager and owner of his first large bread production facility, "Forno Piemontese" in Via Drapperie 6. This building bears his emblem, ears of wheat intertwined with the initials P and A.
