Caffe Letterario serves delectable Macarons and cakes, along with a variety of jams and spreads.

Born in 1988, Sebastiano Caridi hails from Reggio Calabria, inheriting his passion for pastry making from his father, the renowned Master Pastry Chef Paolo Caridi. From a young age, Sebastiano began honing his skills in the family kitchen. In 2016, he opened his first pastry shop on Corso Saffi in Faenza with his partner Giorgio Gonelli. Two years later, he achieved the prestigious title of Master of the Accademia Maestri Pasticceri Italiani, adding to a career full of accomplishments thanks to his determination, modesty and hard work.
